On 30 March 2010, SKMM has conducted the second Double Time series. The event with the theme "Wireless 1Malaysia" was held at SKMM Cyberjaya, in conjunction with the launch of the National Spectrum Consultative Committee (NSCC), officiated and launched by YB Dato' Seri Utama Dr Rais bin Yatim, Minister of Information, Communications and Culture Malaysia. Three distinguised speakers from GSMA, LS Telcom and Qualcomm have been invited to share their experiences during the event. The presentation materials can be downloaded here:

On the afternoon of the same day, the first NSCC meeting was held at the Boardroom, attended by the members of NSCC and chaired by Dato' Mohamed Sharil bin Mohamed Tarmizi, Chief Operating Officer of SKMM.
